Hello from ART-TROPE!
         Let Artists Create!

Salutations to our Members, Sponsors, Partners and Friends!

An up-date on our progress:

ART-TROPE just opened this mid-January 2009.
We launched in New York at the Gershwin Hotel at the end of February 2009.

It has been an exciting and productive time for us! All of the ART-TROPE Team has been hard at work
developing the web-site and growing our network which will allow ART-TROPE to meet its goals.

Currently, we are beginning to become established in New York and ART-TROPE will be opening in Paris
in a few months! We are thrilled to be building a bridge between Paris and New York,
facilitating the evolution of our artists' careers.

We had two successful Portfolio Reviews at the beginning of April 2009.
Our artists bring in exciting new talent, and we ask that you connect and share with each other
to help the ART-TROPE community grow.

The first exhibition of ART-TROPE, is opening on Wednesday, 13th of May, 2009, by one of our Partners,
at CHELSEA TWENTY TWO located at 161 West 22nd Street (b/w 6th and 7th Avenue),
featuring the paintings of Virginie Tison, the founder of ART-TROPE.

This show will serve as a trail blazer for subsequent ART-TROPE member artist exhibitions,
and all proceeds from sales of the paintings will go directly back into ART-TROPE development.
You will be receiving an invitation to this event soon, and we ask that you forward it to your colleagues and contacts.
All are welcome to attend and show their support for ART-TROPE!

We will have more news soon about future exhibitions in the city featuring our different artists
made possible by our partners.
