From September 22nd to December 2017, Art-Trope Artist Aymard le Forestier de Quillien presented part of is Artworks at the Parisian gallery Purgatoire-54 Paradis. Indeed, the exhibition entitled “Words in color” puts together several artworks extracted from a wide range of artistic phases including the most recent pieces. As a result, 22 Artworks were sold by the end of the exhibition, with Art-Trope’s support.

An exhibition where colors become a language

On the occasion of his interview with Art-Trope, Aymard le Forestier de Quillien stated: “The techniques I have been continuously learning become my artistic vocabulary to express myself. (…) By observing nature, one can unfold the mystery of absolute color.” In fact, in Aymard le Forestier de Quillien‘s paintings, nothing is linear. His Artworks are like words that create a language in color. Indeed, he is interested in colors and shapes so that he can share an aesthetic experience like a symphony. The exhibition “Words in color” tells the story of the Artist’s pictorial language.

The Purgatoire-54 Paradis, a one-of-a-kind Art-Trope’s partner gallery

Founded in 2011 by Chef Alain Cirelli, the Purgatoire-54 Paradis combines a gallery space and a kitchen space. This unique setting combines contemporary Art and culinary Art. Inspired by New York style refined concept stores, reminding of great franchises such as Dean&Deluca, the Purgatoire-54 Paradis follows the tradition of the trading posts from the 19th century. Art-Trope organized its second private event on November 29th 2017 to present its first accomplishments and its team. The audience was mainly composed by Investors, Journalists, Institutional Directors, Art Collectors and Artists.

The selling of 22 Artworks and Art-Trope’s support

Aymard le Forestier de Quillien sold 22 Artworks as part of the exhibition. It included “Gold and Silver”, oil on canvas of 12 by 12 inch created in 2014 as well as “Juda”, gouache paint on paper of 19 by 14 inch created in 2015. Aymard le Forestier de Quillien stated: “the fact that I am represented by Art-Trope, this New Generation of Artists Agency, brings to both Art amateurs and collectors a complementary endorsement regarding the uniqueness, quality and long-term development of my artistic career.” Indeed, Art-trope supports worldwide Artists on the long term by centralizing all the Artists’ needs on a single platform with access to a set of dedicated services.

This Artwork was created in 2014 by Art-Trope Artist Aymard le Forestier de Quillien in 2014 and sold on the occasion of the exhibition "Words in color" at the Purgatoire-54 Paradis in Paris.
